Associate Professor Dr Deepika Monga is an experienced and highly sought after female Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, looking after the wellbeing of women from Ballarat and surrounds.

After graduating with a degree in medicine and surgery in 1985, she started her training at Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. Following her internship and residency, she gained Masters in O&G (MD and DNBE). She worked as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with Ministry of Health Malaysia, during which period she supervised over 20,000 deliveries, and presented and published 50 research papers. She moved to Australia with her husband, a Consultant Anaesthetist and 2 young children. She worked towards elevation to Fellowship of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) after which she commenced private practice.

From a personal perspective, Deepika is both a dedicated wife and loving mother of two children. This, combined with over 25 years experience in women’s healthcare and fertility management, allows Deepika to be able to offer comprehensive and compassionate care. The main aim of her private practice is to provide personalised care of the highest standard to women of all ages and needs.
